She reported for ITN & BBC most notably in Northern Ireland during all the gnarly shit that happened there.  I remember her telling me stories about a colleague being shot in the head and other horrific accounts!

My dad and his sister Sarah……both ginger, have/had a set of short fuses.  My dad used to toast croisants for breakfast and would say “any one for an Auntie Sarah????”

GET IT?  CROSS-AUNT hahahahahahaha!

She won Sony Bronze at least once and from what I know……that is a big fuckin deal!

Basically she had an amazing career that was cut short due to terrible illness.  In her last years she lived in Exeter with son Tom.

Tom is currently working towards a boat building/engineering apprenticeship just outside of Exeter……even if you’re like me and not religious try take a minute and say a prayer or two for my Cuz.  He’s is a nice, brave and strong dude but must be feeling like shit right now!
